Paul Bass has worked for NatWest Group for 35 years where he is currently Marketing Operations Director having held a number of senior roles in various parts of the bank including Communications and HR as well as various front line and project management roles. Paul has lived in Dunfermline, Scotland for the past 21 years having been born and raised in York and is married with 2 grown up daughters.
